How the System flow works?

From the mobile phone, the information sent to 2982 is automaticaly recieved by our Mobilexchange Platform and from there it will sent to the INTERNET (www) down to the "Text to Email / WAP / GPRS" or DATABASE where it will process the information. And after the SERVER processing it will send back to WWW and then again to our Mobilexchange Platform then back to the mobile phone where the information is requested.
